  • I will never use this plugin again when I try to restore the database it gives me this error

    Hi,

    It sounds most likely (if you can send more detail, it would greatly help – especially the log file) the web hosting is set up with a lower time limit than needed for the size of your database. In that case, you can restore the database through phpMyAdmin, the command line, or whatever other tool is in your web hosting control panel. UD requests the webserver to grant it the maximum time allowable, but is still constrained by whatever the webserver policy is. But you don’t need to let that hinder you – the database backup is standard SQL format, so can be restored through any tool you like (you’re not restricted to doing it through UD if the webserver PHP setup doesn’t allow it).
