I want to start developing WordPress themes, where should I start?

Hello everyone,

I have some tough questions, tough for me at least.
I absolutely love WordPress. It is an amazing platform with so many possibilities that I fell in love with it.

I love and I have a passion for coding, to me it is an incredible feeling to design a website in Sketch or Photoshop and then turn it into a fully functioning WordPress website. It is a great feeling.

With that being said, I have absolutely no idea how to code WordPress, and I do not know PHP, Javascript or jQuery. I do know HTML and CSS, but when it comes to the other 3 languages I mentioned, I am a complete virgin. But I really want to learn them and I know without having a very good understanding of them I will never be able to develop WordPress websites.
So that leads me to my base question for you all.
What is the absolute best way for a rookie to learn everything needed to know to start developing WordPress and even WordPress/WooCommerce websites?

Where should I start?
I have purchased multiple courses from StackSocial.com which proved to not be all that helpful.

So if you can please post some links for me so I can learn to develop WordPress and WooCommerce websites that would be amazing of you!
