Currently, this feature is unavailable by default to show only the categories on the single store page rather than showing all the products of the store.
If you want to achieve that, it will require proper customization which is out of our support policy. You can have a look at wp-content/plugins/dokan-lite/templates/store.php this file if you want to do the modification from your end.

Sorry if this is a bother. I made edits to the file you recommended that I look into. Despite the changes I am making on, I do not see any changes on the front end. I mean I literally took away everything in the file and saved it and still nothing was affected on the front-end.
To be sure this isn’t cache, I made other edits (to other files on the same plugin like the store-head) and I saw instant changes.
Please, can you be gracious enough to let me know if there is something I am missing.

I have tried to comment out a line of the aforementioned file as shown in this screenshot. The result was like we can see in this screenshot.
This shows that the file is responsible for changes on the single store page. Please make sure to clear the cache and also try changing your theme. I hope it will help. Thanks!
