I want to remove the theme and use another theme but cannot!

    I’ve tried for several days to activate a different theme but cannot do so. I’ve done this many times before with other themes but this theme will not go away!!! I’ve sent an email to support but no help. I am at a loss for what to do now! Really truly angry about this!!!

    I heard back from support telling me how to use the delete button. Really added to my anger! This is basic and I’d already tried to do that hundreds of times. HOWEVER was unable to because the “Delete” button would not show up. FINALLY thanks to WordPress support I was able to find out how to fix the problem. Go into the file tree and rename the file. THEN I was able to go back to the Dashboard and themes and the “Delete” button was there. Never again will I use one of their themes!!!
