On mobile environment, after filtered and clicked one of the product image, I can go from filterd page to product page.

But, when I go back to filtered page again, the filtered page will be re-loaded again, and I go jump to the top of the page automatically.

Is there any ways to maintain the place where I was? (I mean no re-loading method)

    Hope your reply soon.

    Best Regards.

    Hello Mrsmith11,

Please confirm the steps to reproduce your issue:

    1. From the shop page in mobile view (mobile popup sidebar mode of the “Filters” button), select a filter
    2. After the filtered results load, scroll down the product list, and click on a product to go to the product page
    3. Push the browser Back button to go back to the filtered results

I have tested it in both desktop and mobile browser, and the filtered list always returns back to the same position where the initial clicked product was.

Have I not understood the problem well, or perhaps this is the issue of some particular browser that you use? I have tested in Chrome, Opera, Firefox.

    Hello Mrsmith11,

As we’ve figured out, the issue raised in this thread relates to a specific iPhone (swipe back) gesture that doesn’t provide full support for the “Back” browser button functionality that it’s supposed to mimic. Unfortunately there was little that we could do about that at this point of time, so I am closing this thread, with a hope that Apple will eventually address this on its side.

If any new information of interest appears on the same subject in the future, please do open a new thread to inform us, and link to this one!

    Have a great day!
