I Want To Change My Background and My Custom Menus are not working

    To change the background you should simply change the URL in the following line:

    background:url(images/wrap.png);

    Note that the URL is relative. Not to confuse relative paths, simply upload the new background in the theme images directory (typically /wp-content/themes/themedir/images/) and change the filename only from the CSS.

    As regards the menus, first you have to go to the WordPress admin section and create the entries for a menu.
