I want to add the Countries dropdown in the Age Verification Form

Hello, plugin development team.
I hope you are doing well.
Now I’m using your plugin and it is the great plugin.
However, I need to add 1 feature to your plugin.

First of all, I want to add the copuntries drop-down underneath the birthday input field.

For example: I’ll add the 2 countries name drop-down(Spain, French) with custom link (https://mysite.com, https://mysite.com/fr/), so user should choose 2 options.
1- He should add his birthday to verify his age.
2- He should choose the country name which website he want to see.

So if user choose the French in the drop-down, then after verified the age he should be redirected to the https://mysite.com/fr/ instead of the default homepage (https://mysite.com/).

I hope you would understand what I means.
Is there any way to implement it?
