I want to add a category to my home page.

    I think I added it correctly by going to posts – categories – then add new category.

    But it doesnt show up as a change on the site even when I refresh it.

    I also want this category to be a link to another page like all the other ones are but I dont know how since I’ve come on the project in the middle, thanks for your help

    You have to put some posts in the category for it to show up 🙂

    OKay cool thanks…. but for the post that i want to put is a slideshow that i need a plug in for. I’ve activated next gen gallery, but then what?

    ps. i put a post, nothing special, just the post title and still nothing happened

    how do you “put” a post in the category?

    I clicked on the 0 for zero posts and then made a post but there’s no indication that the post in falling under that category and the “slideshow” is still not showing up….

    how do you “put” a post in the category?

    You make a new post and on the right is a menu for categories. Pick the one you want.
