I was very excited to find Send. Tight integration with Elementor and WooCommerce, with simplicity and ease… it looked so good.

Then the roadblocks. I couldn’t get my domain to validate, even after two tries. Email assistance was promised by the chatbot, but it never came. My workflow (the main reason I was doing this) didn’t work at all, despite following the guides. Help promised, but no such luck. And guess what… if a workflow is not the way you need it? That’s a “feature” in development. Better get that 10-email drip perfect the first time!

Update: after a few days I did hear back from Support, in the middle of the night North American time. I had by that time rebuilt my workflow and solved the issues myself. But those workflows need to be editable, or at least offer the ability to duplicate them to make fixes, troubleshoot and make the usual tweaks without starting from scratch.
