I want my excerpts to be centered. How can I do it?

Hi, I am a user of Advanced Excerpt plugin and it works perfectly on my site.

I just have one question: Is it possible to make the excerpts centered? I am using the classic editor and I choose align – justify when I create a post.

When I do this, excerpts are shown justified too but I want them to be centered unlike the posts. Is this possible?

I want this:
