• Bottom line: I’m trying to make my blog posts appear in one section of my website, under “BLOG”….
I basically want my website to be simple.
When you log in, everything looks fine, it will show my home “static” page, but when you click on my “Blog” tab…and view the first post, the posts don’t go away….meaning that if I click on Blog, then go back to my other drop down menus or tabs and view my pages, the blog is appearing underneath my pages and or tabs..the blog doesn’t appear until I click on it, then it just stays underneath everything.

My website is: http://www.lillianjillphotography.com – please take a peak, click on the “blog” tab, look at it, then go back and click on a drop down menu and select a page….you’ll see that my blog is appearing right underneath. It even appears on my “Home” static page… don’t know why.

    Please help! 🙂 Thanks!!

  • That is definately not working the right way.

The way to debug this is to disable all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme. If the problem has gone away then re-enable the plugins and the theme one-by-one and see which one causes this issue.

At this point I’d say that there’s a problem with your theme, but as it’s a commercial theme we can’t support it because we don’t have access to the code to find out what is happening or what coudl be going wrong.

This is one of those times when you do really need to ask the themes author for help, as that’s part of what you paid for when you bought the theme in the first place.

If I go to plugins and click deactivate, will it mess up my website links?? I won’t know how to get everything working again… :S

    Probably not, but again…

we don’t have access to the code to find out what is happening
