  • I had the same problem, so I copied the files from an previous back-up and re-uploaded them to downgrade the the earlier version.

    Not quite sure what caused the problem, but am not going to update the plugin until we hear from the developers…

    Can you give me the error detail or screenshot about the error so that i can check and fix for you

    There aren’t exactly any error details or screenshots I can provide you with. The site just wont load. The page is blank, both front-end and back-end.

    I noticed this morning that I had two updates to perform on the plugin, so tried them, and it has done the same thing – just a blank screen each time…

    I’m just in the process of re-storing the old version from my backup to get my site back online again.

    If you can give me ftp creds and wordpress creds then i can check and see the error then fix, also make new version for it if it’s error from the plugin.

    Hi.

    I have the exact same problem as Rican UK.
    My site went blank. Had to rename the plugin to be able to access my site again.
    There are some backend error messages now that the plugin is renamed.

    Could you help me with this Nguyen Cong Tuan?

    I have see the cause and i have fixed the plugin on your site, the problem just appear on some servers
    you can test on your site now

    for now, just fix for your site, will have new version on Monday for all people
