If her customization was made to the default theme and that theme directory wasn’t renamed to something other than “default” then it’s gone unless you have a backup.

If you are with a good host then you may have access to a backup from within your control panel.

I dunno who hosts it or anything. I don’t even know the guy that did the original for her. I guess I’m gonna have to start learning how to do this all then.
She had a logo picture. Where would that be? The media section just has the pdf files.

Yep, looks like that’s what happened. You’re using the default kubrick theme and it was overwritten during the upgrade. The good news is, you didn’t lose any content. The bad news is, you lost the theme. Whoever customized the theme for you should have renamed it instead of leaving it as default. Surely the person who made the theme still has a copy…if so, it will be easy to upload it and recover.
I’ll have to get in touch with him and get him to do so. I wanted to do it without my sister finding out but that just can’t happen.

No problem…good luck…if you can get the theme that is best, but if not, it’s an easy fix as long as you can get the images used in the original theme. See the following video for how to customize the default Kubrick theme.
