I tried to give a positive rating, but the plugin didn’t deserve it

    I downloaded the plugin and everything worked great. And after a few days, everything broke. I read the message that after the update the plugin needs to be reconfigured. OK. It’s not terrible, I reinserted the new subtitles, wasted hours trying to set everything up again, when after the new update, everything broke again. In addition, it is impossible to select the subtitle, it is always disabled.
    I tried to get something positive out of it. The only positive from me is deleting this plugin because there is no point in it being so unstable and unplanned programming.

    I apologize, but in our last update, our plugin does not delete any data without prior notice or disable any option. It’s possible that there may be a conflict with another plugin. Would you please investigate this issue by temporarily disabling other plugins for a short time?
