Before posting negative feedbacks you would better post your issue in support thread, that way we may help you. Anyway, thank you for you feedback, we will do our best.
Seeing how I’ve reviewed the support threads and saw the lack of response provided on other threads with the exact same issue that I’m experiencing, why would I waste my time? History does repeat itself. The one thread that did have a response from a dev, was to a dead link.
However, you’ve asked for an opportunity to help rectify that. It’s the least I can do, I apologize.
Whenever I go through the set up, I get redirected to not found or permission denied. I’m unable to even get the setup completed.
Insulting me is not the way to go here when you’ve asked me to give you a chance (I’m sure in hopes that I would change my review).
The link doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked since I first found it about a week ago. Several other posts have asked for help on the same issue and they have been ignored or not provided with useful assistance.
This really does sadden me because from the looks of it your plug-ins (Invoice, CRM and Property) would be perfect for me, something that I would pay big money for but with the lack of support you seem to provide for your plugin as well as your attempt to insult my intelligence lets me know that even if your plugins would work for me, it’s not worth my time and certainly not worth my money.
My review still stands. Your customer service/support sucks as is evident in other posts as well as this one.
I am not begging you =) I just want the truth, because that link is working and the answer on this FAQ is there. Other people were provided with this link too. Nobody had questions after.
