• I heard that there was a conflict with the plugin and Cornerstone, but wanted to investigate for myself. Once I installed it, I made an edit or two to the settings, and while deactivating some unused plugins on the site it no longer loads at all. This is just a testing site I use before deployment, but I have a client who needs this type of content management and I need to be sure that the environment in which they are working isn’t going to cost them their entire web presence. Let me know if something went haywire that can be fixed!

Did the site crash immediately after disabling a plugin? If so, do you remember the name of the plugin you disabled that caused it to crash?

I don’t have a handle on which one it is, and because I can’t even get to the Dashboard at this point, I’m not sure I’ll be able to.

Do you have access to the PHP error logs for your test site? Would be helpful in diagnosing the issue.

I do…I grabbed them from the file manager in Bluehost. Let me know how I can get them to you.

    Sorry for the late reply!

Great. Are there any lines that contain or start with “error” or “PHP … error:”? If you can post those lines here it would be helpful in trying to determine the cause of the issue.
