    Ah, shoot. I’m really sorry to hear about that, @sinashams. We do put a lot of work into making the plugin as solid as possible and ship maintenance releases on a regular schedule, but it sounds like we failed to meet your expectations.

    If you wouldn’t mind and you have a few minutes, I’d love to know exactly what wasn’t working for you. Your feedback will help us track those down and ship fixes to prevent others from hitting the same frustrations. If you don’t feel like it, that’s totally cool too. I hope we’ll be able to earn another chance (and stars) from you in the future.
