    I actually spent several days to look at switching to a new CMS…

    Many thanks for your review, glad to hear that it is working for you!
    If you’re looking at a new CMS, then you might want to have a look at the fork of WP: https://bit.ly/wp_fork. Kirby CMS is another one worthwhile looking at, although it comes at a premium. And there is Grav which is free. These are both flat-file CMSs without a database, which makes things a lot faster and more secure.
