  • Hi, Gaurav, here from VaultPress support. Thanks for reaching out, although I’m sorry for the trouble.

    The restore to your website from VaultPress backup is not working because of 2 issues.

    1. SSL (HTTPS) certificate on the new server was not installed ~ this has been fixed.
    2. SSH credentials you added to VaultPress did not have correct read/write permission on the server.

    I have replied to your support request email with details on resolving the issue and the next steps. Please check let me know how it went and whether we can assist further.
