Thanks but it is still not the screenshot I asked for. Can you please share a full screenshot of “Review Reminder” tab in the plugin’s settings? I see that you have Italian version of the plugin, so “settings” are called “impostazioni”.
Thanks for providing the screenshots. Based on the settings shown on your screenshots, the plugin should send review reminders for free products.
Can you please let me know what error message do you receive when sending a review reminder manually (see https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000072126-how-to-manually-send-review-reminders-)?
I really don’t understand why I don’t see any options available the list is empty

As the message on the screenshot says, you are using CR Cron for scheduling review reminders. To view reminders scheduled via CR Cron, please login to your account at cusrev.com (the link is on the screen shown on your screenshot).
the problem is that there is nothing on the website page, I don’t understand why it doesn’t work

That is the login page for cusrev.com account. There are different pages in “My Account” area at cusrev.com. Can you please provide a screenshot of the page where you see “nothing”?
