Very sorry to hear you have been experiencing problem, and very sorry to say that the problems you had were unrelated to Ocean Extra or OceanWP directly. At the time of your review feedback, absolutely no updates were released and all products were more than stable.
Sadly, since we didn’t receive any tickets even remotely similar to your problem and since you didn’t open any threads on the forum, it’s difficult to comment and speculate the particular issue you have had, especially where on the web you found solutions and for what problems because that part lacks all the relevant information.
We have our own documentation for all products, and we’re always trying to make it better, keep it up to date and improve constantly.

I checked your website and you are running a child theme with some custom codes, Elementor templates and outdated WordPress as well. Because the child theme is masking the stylesheets, I can’t really say what versions of the theme and Ocean Extra are you running but the best place to start is to either start a thread on the forum or open a ticket with us since you’re a premium user, share your system info, and let us know what you did and how that caused an issue on your website, and include the debug log as well.
