i see a white screen on wp-admin site after migrate

Hi,
I tried a to migrate a webpage and all go right, but now i only can do the loggin in /wp-login.php, and when this register right, i see all the /wp-admin on a white screen, and if i go to the web page i see corectli the web and his menu, but i can’t access to any thing of /wp-admin, and directories.
there is a short gif with the problem (I’m already registered as admin)
[i tried to disable themes, plugins, and nothing, also with debug mode and no errors]
