    I requested a refund after purchasing it.
    But they say they’ll give you a refund, but you can’t actually get a refund.
    It’s been a month, but I’m leaving it here because I can’t get a refund.

    Hope you are doing well. After investigation, we found that the refund we did from our system on August 16th was not proceeded by the Bank (Please see the screenshot sent in the ticket that you have opened with us)

    However, If you see the second screenshot that we have processed through the bank. Kindly, please confirm at your end in 1 to 5 business days that you get the refund. We will actively monitor this ticket for you and will be waiting to hear from your end.

    Again apologize for the inconvenience from Bank side and rest assured there was not any delay from our end as screenshots have been sent along with proof.
