    I really apologize for the experience you had.

    After reading this review I really feel sad that you had such a bad experience.

    If you give me one chance to assist you, I will personally look into the issue.

    As per the forum guidelines we are not allowed to provide support for paid products at wp.org forums. It’s 12:30am here and I’ll check all your conversations tomorrow morning and will get back to you on email.

    Please give us one more chance to make it work for you.

    But if you are not satisfied with the result I will refund you the money.

    Hi Khen,

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience we caused.

    It would mean a lot to us! I have really taken practical steps to improve the support and we have been able to solve customer’s request faster. We will make sure that it doesn’t happen the next time.
