I recommend adding the Table of Contents Block to WordPress version 6.6

WordPress version 6.5.3 does not have a table of contents block, I recommend adding a Table of Contents block to WordPress 6.6 to quickly create a table of contents based on all the headings on a page. There are currently a total of about 1 million active installations of Table of Contents Plugins, which is quite a large number, and if WordPress integrated a table of contents into its core, many websites would be lighter because they no longer had to install plugins.
