I paid for a Form but I do not get one question answered. Like you, I am in business and I have customers that are waiting for my completed work. I fill out support tickets, them get an automated response that we will be helping soon, Nothing happens.
The above depiction which I posted above needs to be revised. During the past weeks, I received timely and quality support which perhaps tops any service I have experienced.
Would I purchase again from Everest Forms? Indeed I would.
