    Hello,
    My configuration is:`
-Woocommerce Version 5.1.0 Compatible with WordPress 5.7
-Printful Integration for woocommerce Version 2.1.21 Compatible up to WordPress 5.6.2

my problem is I just updated my wordpress because of the Printful plugin which told me that your wordpress version is old and that I need to update it to the latest version (which is wordpress 5.7)

the problem now is that I still can’t synchronize my product data from the Printful platform and gives me this error message “500 Internal Server Error occurred! Please check your server logs for a detailed description of the problem.” I contacted your support and they told me that everything was fine on their end and that I should contact my hosting company, which I did. They also told me that the website was working fine on their end and asked me to enable debug mode and here is the error I get every time I try to run the sync with the “Refrech data” button:

What should I do? downgrade wordpress to 5.6.2 or wait until the printful plugin is compatible with wordpress 5.7.

    Thank you in advance.

Can someone from the support team tell me if you are working on an update to make the plugin compatible with Woocommerce version 5.1.0 and WordPress 5.7 Please?

    Hi,

We plan to update our plugin this week but your error doesn’t seem to be related to this. You should try checking other plugins and disabling/enabling them as one of them might cause this error on your end. Hope you’ll be able to solve it.

Hi @edwardza, and Thank you for your response,

I tried this solution today by disabling all my plugins and resyncing the data several times but nothing changed! No plugins interfere or conflict with them.

I’m currently working with my hosting provider and your support team to resolve this issue. I’ll let you know if anything new happens.

    Hi @edwardza!

My host’s support told me to ask you for the user-agent header that you use in your requests so that they can whitelist them to avoid being blocked by their security. I contacted one of your support agent and he agreed, in fact, it was him who proposed this solution because I first asked for your server IPs but they told me after I contacted them that they were dynamic, and that I could use their user-agent header instead. Now I am waiting for your support to send me this information.

can you please help with this? they took a long time to answer me.

    Best regards!
