I need to find a plugin to order posts and terms

Does someone know a plugin that is able to order posts AND taxonomy terms?

By ordering terms I mean that when there is a page that loops all terms from a taxonomy, I want to drag and drop them (or something similar) in the backend wich will change the order in the loop at the front end.

The previous plugin that we used (only for posts) was conflicting with the taxonomy field of Advanced Custom Fields.
