I need plugins but I don't have them in dashboard

    Hi,

    I am new to wordpress I have recently created blog/ website. I have few thinks that I want to change but I need plugins in the dashboard.

    Here is my site and I have upgraded account with Pro Bundle.

    The problem is that I always find something on any theme that I would like to change. I want to basically change the theme more that it is now.

    What do I need to do now?
