    We did see the ticket and it was advised to reach out to Stripe to resolve the dispute on the account. Were you able to reach out to Stripe? If so and they approved the item, please forward that to our system at support@woocommerce.com with a note to refer to this forum post.

    I still haven’t received a reply from both woocomerce and stripe
    i have been waiting for this payment since november 2021
    Nothing can describe my discomfort
    i need them to answer and release the money
