    Hi

So I am trying to make a drop down search menu with variables and custom attributes so people can find a product by choosing Make Engine and Size from a drop down.

I am so confused. I created 3 custom attributes with many many values inside separated by the line divider like asked. One of them is not even showing in the sheet editor. Only custom attribute: size and custom attribute: make is there but not custom attribute: engine, thats one issue I have since I cant edit those in the sheet editor in bulk if I cant see it.

The values I input are in the order I would like but when I press “go” on the create variations from all attributes on my variable product, its not in order at all when it comes to the make attribute. I have the order in a spreadsheet but I don’t really know how to edit it in bulk or make this any easier on myself? Since I will be adding many other products in the future with many values etc. I really need an answer for this

drop box image of what I have when I add one right attribute manually

Any ideas here? Is there a way to bulk import attribute products for this or what can I do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi.

1- If you want your customers to search products by attribute, you must use global attributes and not custom attributes.

You can create the global attributes in wp-admin > products > attributes.
Each attribute will appear in our spreadsheet editor as a separate column where you can edit (If you have the premium version).

2- If a column is not showing, you can click on settings > scan db.

Please open a support ticket on our website and we will resolve any issues in a private channel.

    Hi

How do I add multiple values through global attributes? I only see the option to add them one at a time. That is why I did the custom one as I could paste in many at once.

    Hi.

You can add multiple values in the global attributes columns by separating them with commas.

    Hi

    Thank you
now my issue is when I create the attributes automatically they aren’t in the order I want and they import too many options rather than only what I put in, from the spreadsheet.

is there anyone here able to teach me how to do this drop down menu stuff? Maybe through 1 on 1 in discord or something? Thanks

Thanks. I did but they said they do not do lessons. Can you look into it for me?
