i need help to embed the dropdown code into the ul not in the li

when i select the option 1 in the checkout page to select the parcel shop the dropdown of the plugin emerges at the top of the options, i need to have it at the bottom of the options so there will be interruption in seeing the next content. can you please resolve the issue or name the file in which it is embeded in
