What’s your url, which files did you move and do you even get an error message?

hello Marmelade:
I wrote down a bunch of info about the files hoping it would help later.
I am in over my head and worried that I may have lost all my work.

First, as marmelade mentioned above – what files did you move? Also, where did you move them to? Last, why did you move them or what were you attempting to do?
Hello M and M:
Sorry I got it fixed and detailed that in the blog. I found the most helpful support person ever and he was just 17.
A real treat.
Now…do you folks out there know how I can get Google Analytics to track my site?
and…how can I view page/post code?
Thank you so much,
Riley West
Hello M and M:
Darn fine question!
“First, as marmelade mentioned above – what files did you move? Also, where did you move them to? Last, why did you move them or what were you attempting to do?”
I was just uploading a file when I noticed that some of the wp-admin type files were listed just below what I thought was their folder so I moved them into their folder.
When I clicked on the folder they weren’t and my blog wouldn’t work. I panicked.
I still had my ftp browser though so I went looking for those lost files and found the way down at the bottom of a folder named js.
I shouldn’t fool around.
Then i got to thinking…Could a blog disappear? That would be a disaster.
Should we back them up and how.
I’ve heard that once you have a WP blog set up the way you want it to be that it can then be “cloned” (Sherman Hu) you can google him.
Thanks again,
