  • My sidebars keep showing up on the bottom of my page no matter what template I use. The best result I have is with the Cutline 3-Column Split 1.1 that is at least showing the left toolbar but the right one still shows up at the bottom of the page. Here is the CSS box I think that is responsible;

    /*—:[ core layout elements ]:—*/

    #container { width: 970px; margin: 15px auto 0 auto; }

    #content_box { width: 970px; text-align: left; float: left; clear: both; }

    #content { width: 500px; padding: 0 0 0 15px; float: left; }

    #r_sidebar { width: 210px; padding: 0 0 0 15px; float: right; }

    #l_sidebar { width: 210px; padding: 0 0 0 15px; float: left; }

    #footer { width: 970px; padding: 1.2em 0 0 0; border-top: 2px solid #ccc; float: left; clear: both; }

  • Without sharing a link this is impossible to diagnose.

    So, I’ll share the common wisdom: 98% of the time, fallen sidebars are due to folks putting in images or other elements that are too wide for the body of the post.

    Are you adding wide images to posts?

    (“fallen sidebars” is a great search term here in the forums)

    Sorry totally forgot to add the link here it is http://www.hurtfultruth.com

    Really need to fix this problem just doing this too bring the post up to the top

    just doing this too bring the post up to the top

    That’s called bumping and we hate it.
    Especially when you got already the answer.

    I didn’t mean to offend but I didn’t find a way to make the width of the images smaller
