    Hello,

I’m trying to make the plugin work, but I think I’m doing something wrong and I need your help please.

I have a Downloads page added to my custom menu in the Footer which includes a zip file. I want the page to be only accessible by my subscribed users and I want them to be able to download the file. (I’m using another plugin to manually approve users. Each user I approve becomes a Subscriber.) I’ve created an access level for the approved users. I’ve also created a Login page which includes [login-form] shortcode. My conditional logic settings are as follows:

    Pages: Downloads
    Action: Redirect
    Page: Login

The problem is when I click Downloads page from the Footer menu it only redirects to my Homepage, not the Login page. I’ve tried choosing a page other than the Login, same thing happens. I couldn’t make it work… Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for reporting this and apologies for the delayed response.

Your conditions and level options look correct. Do you have any other levels that could be redirecting to the home page? Are you using other authentication/access control plugins?

Hello. There are no other pages which redirect to the homepage. The site uses WPML but there’s only 1 language active and it’s the default language (TR).

What I want to do is:
    1. When users sign up, I want to send them an email saying they need to wait for the admin to approve their subscription request instead of directly sending them their usernames and passwords.
    2. Manually approve the selected users.
    3. Give access to the approved users (with the help of your plugin) for the Downloads page so that they can log in and download the materials in the Downloads page.

I’m using Eonet Manual User Approve for items 1. and 2. above. or the 3rd item I’m using your plugin.

I’ve disabled the Eonet plugin to see if it somehow causes a conflict but nothing changed, the Downloads page still redirects to my Homepage.

    Thank you for the clarification.

Do you have any other access levels (even if they are inactive or in Trash)? If so, try to delete those completely and see if the problem persists.

No there are no any other access levels. There’s only 1 and it’s active.

Please try to update to version 0.17 and see if the problem persists.

If it does, would it be possible for you to deactivate other plugins and see if there are any incompatibility issues?
