I need help…..

Hi I am new to WordPress. I need help. I am trying to develop a site in my local server. It is product review site. Where I can give my product image and with this have an “order” button. When click this button it takes a new page where user can give order of this product including amount of this product and another information. I do not want any shopping cart. Because I don’t want any transition. It only give order of product.
I can’t understand how I make this? So I want help …………
