I need a Full Cancellation – Not Downgrade

    Please describe “full cancellation”…

    I’m using BuddyPress with s2Member. When a level 1 member cancels their membership they are automatically downgraded to a subscriber which means they still end up with a subscriber account. When a member leaves I don’t want them to have any kind of user account. I want the cancellation to be a cancellation, not a downgrade.

    It sounds like you haven’t configured the plugin properly to do what you want.

    Have a look at s2Member -› PayPal® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior
