Plugin for managing/placing my homemade ads

The most ad-plugins seem to be focused on managing ads from other parts, like Google AdSense. But I am about to start selling and creating jpg-ads to my own customers, to be published on my WP-site and in it’s blog-posts. Wich free plugin should I use, that easily can place and manage the “homemade” jpg-ads?
