I must erase the cache so that the products appear again

    Hello,
    Use the Plugin: Amazon Associates Link Builder in a project. And for some time now, I’ve realized that my web pages, where the products should appear on the grid, are empty.
    I have not blocked the api, because I use other plugins and they work.
    Also, I delete the cache from the wordpress backoffice, and then the grid comes out on the web again.
    Any ideas?
    I still use wordpress 4.9.10, and I have the latest version of the plugin.
    In the last 30 days I have sales.

    Checking a web page for the code, I have seen that the div corresponding to the plugin, if it is in addition to the asin. But a gray line without content is shown.
