    Customer service nice and fast, a little bit expensive, but who buy an iPhone instead android, sure they don’t care.

    Hello, 🙂
    – Your refund has been processed within our SLA time frame.
    – We never had nor announced that we have a 360 product view feature so I don’t understand why you bought Premium Addons PRO in the first place!
    – We send an automated follow-up email a few days after the purchase to check with our users that everything is okay, I’m sorry if that annoyed you.
    – The quality of coding/performance you get with PA is not comparable with cheaper plugins, Again sorry if you found PA expensive.

    Eventually, I would really understand why you gave us 3 stars? Is it because it lacks 360 product view feature or because it’s expensive. Or something else? We work hard to get users’ and customers’ satisfaction and it makes us feel bad why we get such low ratings without understanding what we dod wrong! 🙂
