I make a new blog post and it instantly appears at BOTTOM of page – why?

    I make a new blog post on my blog page and it goes directly to the bottom of the page here. And if you see the very bottom post there, it’s date January 10, 2014 when in fact I posted it this past weekend March 28th. I was also wondering what that “Make this post sticky” box means, when you click EDIT on a post page . . . .I leave mine unticked / unchecked, could this be causing the problem?

    What are you referring to as “it” here?

    Please go to bottom of this page and note the post titled “New Web Site” (small image gallery at bottom)and there is a date of January 10, 2014. That was actually a new post I made this past weekend which should have placed it at the top of that page. How do I get new blog posts to appear at the very top of my blog’s page? By “here”, I am referring to my blog page where my posts are archived….
