I love this app

I have been using this app for years – the abandoned carts feature has been brilliant for my online shop. It has paid for itself over and over, year after year. I can call customers and process their orders lickety split over the phone if they have trouble ordering online.
Tech support is always responsive. It can be a bit slow – maybe because of the time differences, but it is always helpful.
