Can you explain more about your problem?

Please don’t say such general things when the problem is likely specific to you and without trying to solve it first.

I have also lost all my redirections on 70 sites, my clients are very angry: most loo like:

    Plugin: 3.0
    WordPress: 4.9.2
    PHP: 5.6.32

    Hello,

I have a backup of January 14th. Someone can help me to install the backup locally with the application “Mamp” to recover the redirections?

    Thanks for your help

@robbieriviera you haven’t lost anything. Go to ‘Screen Options’, click it, and change the per page setting to to 200. Then everything will work

@linformatiquelabs you still haven’t explained what your problem is. It is unlikely you need to use a backup.

    Hello John,

Here is a screenshot image https://ibb.co/g5oBjG of the error displayed by the version 3.0 of the redirection plugin.

After this error, all the old redirects were gone. (in the “screen options” part, I changed the display settings to 200, but I cannot find any redirection)

    Thank you for your help

@linformatiquelabs ok I don’t know why that would happen.

Do you have access to your database? If so, can you look at the wp_redirection_items table and see if it has any contents.

If you don’t, or don’t how how to access your database, would it be possible for me to login to your site and take a look? You can contact me directly at https://redirection.me/contact/

    Hello John,

I think there is a conflict with the plugin Yoast Premium version, which includes the option of redirection in their plugin, which displays a notification that requires a redirection at each change of URL.

We do not know if “Robbieriviera” also uses the Yoast plugin, premium version.

(I’m also using this “Postname Permalink Auto Redirect” redirection plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/postname-permalink-auto-redirect/)

For the database, “wp_redirection_items” is empty. I send you screenshots by email.

    Hi,

For my case, the redirect still there but new redirect is not working. Try to create a redirect to test, it say “Not found, error 404”.

I disabled all plugins and test with clean WP, still the same so this issue is probably with the plugin itself.

    Thanks.

@longnha, I think you are describing a different problem. Could you create a new thread and post the full details from the error there? Thanks

Sorry, It’s not working on my staging site but when I upgrade on the live site, no issue found! It’s fine I guess.

    Thank you.
