• As Yoast SEO suggested, I downloaded and launch this plugin.
I lost access to my admin page and I do not know how to resolve this issue.
I should have taken into consideration the suggestions of one star comments.

    Hi there,

Sorry to hear this, when you say “lost access”, what do you mean by this? (It should be noted, if you are referring to the Troubleshooting Mode of the plugin, it should be automatically disabled when you log out of your site)

Please note that I got my database broken due to your Health Check plugin.
At least answer to my messages and help me to repair; or do I have to forget about my blog?
    STILL WAITING YOUR ANSWER !

    Hi again,

I’d love to know what you mean by “database broken” as well, it’s suddenly a lot of claims here, and we’re offering a volunteer service so please consider that it’s not possible to provide an instant response all the time (especially as this is a review, not a support topic, so they are not monitored in the same way).

You mentioned having CPanel access, if you use the file manager, go into your install directoy, and visit wp-content/mu-plugins/ and remove the file named health-check-troubleshooting-mode.php. Do let me know how that works out for you!

@psihohipnoza The plugins on WordPress.org are provided as is.

Websites are difficult things, code don’t always play well together. By virtue of activating a plugin and having your site cease to function doesn’t place blame solely on this specific plugin.

@clorith has shown willingness to help you despite this not being a support topic.

I believe you can opt to be nicer and hope that @clorith will spend more of his volunteering time to assist you on a plugin that makes him no money.

You bumped your one star review. This isn’t a support topic and even then do not bump.

    https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-bump-posts

I’ve flagged your account for being a rude. No one gets to demand anything of volunteers.

As the plugin author has explained, you’ve some things to do to fix your problem. Please start a support topic and continue there. You may do so using this link.

I’m closing this review, it’s not productive to expect support here. You may update your review using this link later on if you choose.
