    This is pretty utilitarian. Breaking down video to lesser resolutions is EXACTLY what I needed. That being said, I have two points of criticism:

    1. The FFmpeg default settings can generate video that seems slightly “lossy” – you have to tinker around a bit before you find really good compression that is not lossy. I would suggest the default present not be “ultrafast” – that would help out new users.

    2. We need more that one resolution per video to store on GCS. Maybe for some people, GCS files won’t be just for backup but for playback as well.
