Go to the WP-Piwik settings page and configure your Piwik installation (enter Piwik URL and auth token). Now you can see your stats (Dashboard->WP-Piwik) and configure your tracking code if you like to.

You can find a detailed description here:

    WordPress Integration with WP-Piwik

Thanks for your helpful answer and I am grateful to you.I am sorry that I am newbie in this area.

Inside my wordpress blog I saw

    ”Piwik URL (REST API):
    Piwik path (PHP API, beta):
    Auth token:
Auto config: Check this to automatically choose your blog from your Piwik sites by URL. If your blog is not added to Piwik yet, WP-Piwik will add a new site.
    Expert Settings:
Disable SSL peer verification: (not recommended)
    User agent: PHP default ()”

    You told

”Go to the WP-Piwik settings page and configure your Piwik installation (enter Piwik URL and auth token). ”

Is it in my wordpress admin panel or will I have to open an account with Piwik to get the API and token?

    Thanks
    Monsur

You have to install Piwik first. It is a standalone analytics tool which you can integrated with WordPress by using the WP-Piwik plugin.

    To get Piwik, see http://piwik.org/
    Piwik installation instructions: http://piwik.org/docs/installation-optimization/

After you installed Piwik itself, see the blog post linked above which describes how to get the Piwik URL and the auth token.

    Thank you
The instruction is not clear to me,I am sorry for that.
I installed the plugin on my blog.
But I am not sure where my Piwik dashboar is.

Will I have to install anything on my server where I installed the plugin ?

Please tell me simply if possible.I like to learn even with a fee.

    Thanks
    Monsur

Yes, you have to install Piwik first before you can use the WP-Piwik WordPress plugin.

You can get Piwik at the Piwik website (http://piwik.org). At the Piwik documentation site (http://piwik.org/docs/installation-optimization/) you can get information about Piwik’s system requirements, a Piwik installation how-to and even a Piwik installation video tutorial. Support on Piwik itself you can get at http://forum.piwik.org.

You can use the WP-Piwik plugin not until you installed Piwik.

Thank you my helpful friendly friend ,I will try as you suggested

    May God help you always
