i have wordpress…how do i set up a blog?

    i have 3.6.3 installed it says… I didn’t set any of this up!! im new to all this. I took over the ecommerce store last month. mybabycentre. Slowly learning. Ive uploaded all products ect.. and changed some things on the site..but not sure about where to post or set up a blog? please help…
    please speak not too technical..im a nurse…all so new to me
