Actually, the form does get sent to my email successfully, but it does not indicate that it is sent.
It is probably due to a conflict between plugins/theme. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

What kind of plugin might get in the way? I cannot change to other themes though as I have customized the one I am using a lot.
I disabled my plugins and the form still would not work. I had previously created new pages for my form, and just tried again. The still do not work.
I have figured it out. It is my WP Super Cache that causes the problem. The plugin has ceased to work for some reason. I deleted it and re-instored the plugin. Now the form is working probably.
Hi cmduncan. Do you use the form in your local server or online server? In my case, the contact form never works in my localhost wordpress but when I transfer my database to my online server, it works.
