I have to log out from WP to see my changes in the browser

    Why is it that any change I do using the Theme Options is not viewable in the browser (I uses firefox) unless I log out altogether from WordPress.
    This is really anoying because even if I change a litle coma I have to log out to preview, and then log in again on my WP admin to continue working on stuff..
    Any ideas?
