I have some trouble with my website

So by accident I put on my website setting in the general the link to be http://www.ventusgraphics.com/#/ and now it just redirects me to this : http://www.ventusgraphics.com/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ventusgraphics.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1#/wp-login.php
When ever I try to get in http://www.ventusgraphics.com/wp-admin it again redirects me to that link and now I can’t fix my website link to fix it!
Please help!
